Code Week Celebration: A Fun-Filled Evening of Coding and Robotics at First Primary School Čakovec

To celebrate EU Code Week, ICT teachers Ivana, Maja, and Ivana from First Primary School Čakovec organized a special Evening of Coding for students. The event brought together young tech enthusiasts eager to explore the world of programming in a creative and engaging way.

Throughout the evening, students had the opportunity to code and control different types of robots, discovering how technology, logic, and teamwork come together through play and experimentation.

The star of the evening was the humanoid robot NAO, who captured everyone’s attention with interactive activities, dance moves, and friendly conversations—all programmed by the students themselves.

The event inspired curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for digital skills, perfectly reflecting the spirit of EU Code Week and the school’s commitment to promoting innovation and creativity in education.
