Curious Minds of Class 1b Explore Science with the NAO Robot

The youngest explorers from class 1b at the First Primary School Čakovec once again delighted us during an ICT lesson with their creativity and curiosity. Guided by teacher Ivana Ružić and teacher Dalibor Jambrošić, the students engaged in an interactive learning experience with the school’s humanoid robot NAO.

During the lesson, the pupils asked NAO a series of imaginative and thought-provoking questions, demonstrating their natural interest in science and the world around them. One question stood out in particular: “Why don’t people feel that the Earth is rotating?”

It was inspiring to observe the students’ curiosity and enthusiasm, as well as the way NAO encourages young learners to ask questions, think critically, and explore scientific concepts in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Through playful interaction and dialogue, technology once again proved to be a powerful tool for sparking interest in science from an early age.
